The Motet @ The Cabooze 10.16.13

The Motet blew me away last week at The Cabooze. The energy was incredible. Many bands have a few slower songs to break up the set a bit, but if The Motet does, they didn't play any of them. Super fun music, super entertaining show. To be honest, I haven't been listening to them for that long, nor do I really know any song titles, so what I took from this instead of great versions of songs, etc, was that the instrumentation was amazing, everyone was so talented and fun to watch, and also, the closeness of the band. Genuine happiness, that's all we can ask for, and these guys have found it playing together for us. Huge thank you for coming our way and I'll definitely catch them again next time, peace!
